Walking with an 8 pound hand weight in a backpack for my woggings. Just changing it for awhile.
Well I am working on decluttering the house,
As simple as that sounds .. we all know better
So that is one of my summer goals.
Also trying to get up early every day now
Mine is not exercise/diet related Lizzie. Or maybe it is?
I am working on knowing the difference between what I need and what I want. I think our whole country needs to work on that so I'm starting with me...;)
