Walking with an 8 pound hand weight in a backpack for my woggings. Just changing it for awhile.

Hi Liz,
Well I am working on decluttering the house,
As simple as that sounds .. we all know better
So that is one of my summer goals.
Also trying to get up early every day now

I am working on knowing the difference between what I need and what I want. I think our whole country needs to work on that so I'm starting with me...;)

And I love what you are working on.
So many times we confuse want with need.

I'll bet you are still glowing from your race accomplishment!
That was so awesome that you were able to finish strong like that.
And keeping up the walking habit - so cool.


I am enjoying watching that enthusiasim spill into the other areas of your life.

UR right! The enthusiasm is motivating me to do more, along with less pain. Chronic pain is so exhausting that I couldn't do much at all, but it's getting better and better. Yay!! Tonight after our company left, DH and I went outside and trimmed our Carpet Rose bushes back. I never would have been able to do that a couple of weeks ago. It always amazes me how fast the human body can strengthen itself when it's treated better.
