Side squat kicks are tough for me - they require balance I'm not so good at that.
But they hit so many muscles - inner thighs, outer thighs, bum

Nice that you can see a difference in your abs Aileen.
That is what makes you look the leanest in my opinion.

Really, you don't like any strength training?
Definately need to try yoga then -
Uses your own body weight,
And lets face it - yoga arms look really, really good in tank tops.

Glad you can see a difference in the fit of your jean.
Nothing is as wonderful as a pair of comfy jeans! (that look hot on!)

Walking is probably the best of the best as far as exercise goes Donna!
I love to do it, and can't imagine why people can be so resistant to it.

That is so cool that the walking is giving you less pain.
And the added strength too.
It's amazing how it builds on it's self,
once you get over the initial hump of being worn out from new activities
you start getting energized by doing them.

When I first did that squat side kick, I really realized I needed the balance to get working on them. I would do them next to my swhusband and teeter totter towards him. He would give me the funniest look.
