You often find exercise to be mundane and too routine.
You need to be continually challenged and pushed.

Try exercise that has a potentially competitive element - like running or weightlifting.
You also may like taking on a partner in a fast paced sport like tennis or racquetball.

Well, no, my days of kickball are over as I walk with a cane and that will never change no matter how thin or strong I get. It would be fun to be able to get up and down from the floor with ease again though. They used to climb all over me until my last two back surgeries when things changed.


Yes, my husband and I love walking together..love doing most things together..he is a wonderful companion. That river walk really is pretty.

Although use to take exercise classes & loved it.
