killing the muffin top

I am trying my best to get rid of what I consider to be a muffin top. I don't know what else to call it. It just sits there a little above my jeans even though my stomach is flat. Is it hips? Is it lovehandles? My body type is kinda like a ruler. :-p I've been walking every day now for almost 2 weeks...I think it's slowly helping. Any advice?

Hi Pursefuzzle.....Nice to meet you. I do lots of ab workouts. It helps me keep it under control. Try those. Others will be along to help you. Do you do any ab workouts? I hate ab crunches so I hulahoop...that is good for abs.
Killing the calories always helps Pursefuzzle.
Walking is a very good way to do that.

That should be incentive for you to keep at it.
It takes time you know
Have you thought about using a hula hoop ?
That would help too along with crunches.
