Hullo lovely ladies, posters, lurkers, Bill & everyone else there on the F & H cruise...

1) How often do you do strength training exercises during the week?  Set days or at random?

2) What cardiovascular exercise do you prefer?  Again set days or random?

3) When did you start on your F & H cruise, either with us, or before joining here?

4) What motivated you to start becoming fitter & healthier, or have you always been that way inclined?  I know those lucky people do actually exist!

5) What kind of activities do you enjoy to help you wind down or relax?

6) How are you doing with the June challenge so far?  Are you happy with how it's going?

Hiya Aileen,

Sounds like a good amount of strength training.

Hiya Hugs,
It's a pleasure doing these & just glad I seem to be able to get on to the board...
Apparently twice a week is the recommended amount of strength training needed, so anything more than that is a bonus.
Walking & jogging are great ways of getting your cardio.

Hi Mandy,
No sadly not much pool time since we have been back from Florida :(
Either crummy weather or too busy ::sigh::
Hopefully that will change soon.
Thanks for asking :)
