Actually Hugs...I was reading and doing mini kicks while standing. I could not keep still. You know what ? This is good for parties.

Place fingertips on the kitchen counter or back of a chair or place two
I remember hearing similar advice long ago......
Don't lie down when you can sit
Don't sit down if you can stand
Don't stand if you can be moving!
