Makes good sense right ?
Let us know your thoughts :)
Living in the Now to Benefit Later
Stop with the excuses! Sometimes it takes more energy to come up with excuses than to just do your workout.
Remember, this is the only body you're going to get. You better start taking care of it now so you can reap the benefits later.

What do you think ?....Hmmmm ...This makes me do serious thinking.
Makes good sense right ?.....This makes sense for me...at least for my case, so YES.
Let us know your thoughts :) I will have to think of this idea whenever I get to that point that I feel in a not feeling like I want to do something. In other words I will have to give myself a V8 knock in the head.
No I live in Illinois. :)
Yes that makes very good sense, is what I need to hear, I should read that every day for awhile.
Excuses don't feel right. When I'm speaking of why I didn't exercise on any particular day, I can feel if I'm being honest with myself and giving a valid reason or if I'm just being a lazy bum and giving an excuse.
I have been exercising since the age of 13 when I was diagnosed with scoliosis. I have always been conscious of and interested in healthy eating too. Therefore..because of all of that..I am more than disappointed in myself for allowing excess weight land on my body! I am taking ME back!!!
Oh, BTW, I bought a new pedometer and am counting steps.
Yes we do need these reminders now
Sometimes I believe it's easier to come up with those excusrs you know
Or else always say *Tomorrow* .. I am guilty of that as well ::blush::
While you may be disappointed in yourself ..
Don't beat yourself up or allow you to get discouraged.
You have taken back control NOW .. that's what counts & most important!
Awsome on the pedometer .. bet it will help with motivation too now :)
I like the idea of your V8 knock!
I have a dog that jumps on me - same thing, sort of!
You are taking all the right steps to being closer to the "real" you.
Don't be to hard on yourself - you have medical reasons for where you are too.
Can't wait to see the pedometer numbers!
The past two days I have missed my workouts.
The excuse?
