Well I guess I have 3 goals, but only 2 of them I want to reach & the 3rd tags along 'cos it's good for me...
Goal 1 = eating breakfast on a regular basis Goal 2 = meal planning to get eating healthy down to a habit rather than a hardship Goal 3 = drinking water
It won't take much for you to realise which one is the tag along goal - yucky stuff that! Working on the breakfast & water goals 'cos they coincide with gym approx 5 mornings a week... The meal planning will happen once gym is more of an auto-pilot thing...
Thanks for getting us started Rebecca, Wow those are tough ones I think .. Except the water maybe .. drink til you float. I believe it's good for you to while BF as well if I recall ? Maybe when DD is napping you can *divide* it .. Some fun & some work You will get back into the exercising ..slowly , little at a time. Great you're taking Dd out in her stroller, perfect for you both .. Hang in there .. You made a huge start so be proud of what you have done already :)
We're all works in progress Gail, Thought it was time to revisit ourselves looking at new habits to do .. Not necessarily new but ones we want to do .. kwim ? That's great Aileen's challenge is already helping with one of your habits. Makes it a bit easier for you then hopefully .. Ok now here we go off to a grand Monday :)
working with different handweights...been working with 10 pound handweights now. Hoping to work to next hand weight pound..do not know what comes after the 10 pounder. Have to look that up.
1) drink more water..or at least more Crystal Light
2) keep up the exercising
3) read more
It's always a work in progress. I did conquer the healthy eating as I never buy anything but healthy foods except on occasion..not often at all..when we'll buy one something or other that is bad, like a donut or cookies or ice cream.
Now to conquer the other's..won't be as easy. I still love walking, always have, but still have to push myself out the door.
I have to remind myself to drink more as I don't get thirsty very often.
To read more, I'd have to spend less time online..not easy.
Great habits to build on Donna, Not being on the computer is definitely NOT easy ::blush:: However it can be done Maybe with the warmer weather you'll find it easier to drink more water/Crystal Light. As for the walking .. you will .. watch & see. Like you say we are a work in progress & get a frest start everyday :)
