You know you've heard LeeAnne Ely say it a million times- Take 1/2 hour to plan the meals and it saves you hours in the long run. Not fun, but........
just jot down 5-6 dinner ideas, 3-4 lunch ideas, and eat the same thing for breakfast every day.
Then you get what you need and you don't have to be married to the schedule, Just having enough food in the house for those meals will allow you to pick & choose as you feel like it.
Let me tell you the hardest part is sitting down with paper & pencil & making the list but really - most people have 8-10 "go-to" meals they prepare over & over, Once you learn what those are - you got it made!
I've seen 12 lb weights Aileen - those should be a good next step. Or the fitness bands - buy a higher density one, and you can shorten them to make it more challenging. You are doing so well with so many things - I can't wait to see what you conquer next.
I will work on the 10 pound hand weights for awhile and work to the 12. That is a good thing to do Liz. I just read an article in the newspaper about the toning with handweights.
These sound terrific Liz, Yes while planning is needed .. Doing is better Great on the plan & awesome with your partner Can hear your determination when it comes to foods .. Listening to what we are really saying as oppsoed to just eating is bext. Always try that water before as well. Let's hope you find some ab work you *love* OK it's been set in stone now .. get busy
Wow these habits are terrific Colleen, Yes planing ahead in case one option doesn't work is smart. Less excuses that way too Love the meal planning .. I always do this & it is a tremendous help. Even better with you saving time & money, woohoo! Breaking things up
