Definately agree on having a Plan B Colleen. Life sometimes gets in the way.... But if you have an alternative - makes it harder to ignore ......
How often / how far are you walking with your dog? My Aussie needs at least 3 miles a day, or he gets a little stir crazy. He cut his leg on Sunday, so we're taking a couple of days off And he's bouncing off the walls right now.
I like that you consider the sales items when planning your menu, I never remember to do that ::blush:: Saving money is always a good thing.
1) Stress Less---I tend to worry a lot. Little things get me worked up. Mostly at home. For example, messes being left when they could be cleaned up by the person who made them. My ds and his teenage attitude get on my nerves too. I get upset, angry, and sometimes yell. If I could manage the stress better, it would be great.
2)Read more/Watch less tv---TV is my go to thing. After working all day, cooking and cleaning when I get home, and dealing with life I like vegging out in front of the tube. It would be nice to read a little more than I do now. I always feel better about myself after reading for a while.
3)Stop procrastinating---I would make my life easier and more efficient. This would lead to less stress. Well, we've come full circle here (see #1). What an insightful list!
