I don't have a clue!

Breakfast = cottage cheese/fruit salad

Lunch = soup or sandwiches

Snack = cereal w/milk

Dinner = uumm, I really want tacos, and I need to go to the grocery store, so I guess I'll pick up the stuff for that.

Prerun snack - Vanilla Yogurt, Blueberries and Grapenuts Cereal

Breakfast - Wheat English Muffin with Peanut Butter, Skim Milk and Coffee

Lunch - Cuban Sandwich - for those that don't know - It's a sandwich made on Cuban Bread (not sure if you can get this outside of Florida) that has sliced roast pork, ham, salami and swiss cheese with mayo, yellow mustard and sliced pickles.

Colleen - quick question.....

Do you have a problem eating yogurt before your runs?

Some of the runners I know really really look down on any dairy pre-run, and suggested that I can't eat yogurt.

No, I never have any problem with yogurt before exercise.

I get the little 100 cal cups at Costco -
Easier since I have a 10 yo eating them too.
Any savings with the larger ones gets dumped down the disposal
when her eyes are bigger than her stomach.

So before my run I was having 100 cal yogurt, cup of green tea and some water.
I wasn't having problems, but was lead to believe that any dairy could be a disaster.

I guess it's just what's okay for you.

Are you training for any races?

I'm not really a racer, no one would ever call me speedy!
