Please ........
Share with us some good old fashioned words of wisdom you have heard.
A mantra you live by........
A suggestion you heard..........
A catchy little saying that motivates you.........
Those who think they have not time for bodily exercise will sooner or later have to find time for illness.
"Nothing tastes as good as fitness feels!"Or..also worded as..."as being healthy feels"..or.."as thin feels". For me.."fitness" says it all.
My own personal mantra comes from a bible verse...."I can do all things through
“Happiness is not a station you arrive at, but a manner of traveling. ”
I'm not sure who to even attribute the quote to, but I've always interpreted it to mean that we choose happiness through our own actions every moment of our day.
Those are very nice.
I like the way you shortened your bible verse so that it is your personal mantra.
I like the last one too!

And no one can deny it
Are sunshine, water, rest, and air
Exercise and diet.
These six will gladly
you attend
If only you are willing
Your mind they'll ease
Your will they'll mend
And charge you not a shilling.
-Nursery rhyme quoted by Wayne Fields, What The River Knows, 1990.

That's a great one :)
I'd much rather spend an hour out walking
Then an hour waiting to see my doctor or picking up a prescription.
When we listen to our heart we not only fulfill ourselves,
But we most often help others as well.
