  1. When did you last sleep in a tent?

  2. What comes to mind when you think about relieving yourself in the great outdoors?

  3. Where’s the best place you ever went camping?

  4. What’s your favorite camp food?

  5. What’s your sleeping bag like?

I've never made the eggs in a bag before. I'll have to try that this summer.

I'll send that website to my dh, he will love it!

DO turkey. I can see him doing that too. He would have loved a class. He is nuts about all our cast iron cookware, which he keeps seasoned btw cause I don't.

He also just bought an old cast iron cookstove to put in the garage where he says he will be cooking this winter. lol

He also made a solar oven years ago that we can cook in. We've made brownies, cobbler, meat, in it. He took it to dd's class and demonstrated yrs ago. But it's folded up in storage right now.

That's so neat that your scouts have learned to do that. Very worthwhile skill.

LOL on taking care of his seasoned cookware.
I laugh at how caring the scout leaders are with the DO's
I pity the boy that doesn't clean it right!

The solar oven sounds fun,
We'll have to look into one of those for the boys.
My oldest daughter had to make one for school.
They had to cook a frozen pizza in the time it took for class.
She passed - it wasn't easy!

Very easy to do, and fun for little hands.
Our scouts find it facinating.
