Try eating a smaller portion of what you normally eat today.
If you usually have two bowls of cereal in the morning, eat only one.
If you always have a sandwich with cheese, skip the cheese.
Fight hunger with fruit or veggie snacks between meals.
Try it for a week to see if smaller portions actually do satisfy you :)

I do this too Hugs. Instead of a whole sandwhich, I eat half of it and drink a cup of water.
I have been eating grapes for snacking or raisins and almonds.
I do this everyday and it helps me control.
