ok, I've lost some weight(good) gained muscles back(even better) although everything is still buried under flabbiness.(not good) I now work everyday so either it's get up even earlier (I'm NOT a morning person-though I'm trying) or late at night when gym is crowded and humid, then I can't sleep...
This does sound so much like excuses, writing really does help. the point was, when I get to the gym, I just freeze, get insecure and just don't know what to do. And I DO know the machines,etc. I want the concentrate more on strength training, but that section intimidates the H##l out of me by myself... Any tips(like step by step workout) which might help?
I have a few inches to go.. really need to firm up and lose the flab. I want to SEE my muscles

Good for you on having worked out last night calpearl,
Maybe you could do what you did a few nights a week ?
Reverse the order even ?
Also try something different once or twice a week ?
Keep trying as eventually you'll know how to use/work them all.

Pulled my shoulder blade area this morning! kindof overshot my weight. oh well, I'll feel better tonight when I find my arnica!
Nice workout this morning, absolutely no one at the gym. Hmm, perhaps that's the summer slow time? If so, i'm going back even though my brain hadnt quite woken up.
Feel better, even hit the treadmill for a tiny little sprinting spurt
