Get Your Priorities Straight
Commit to your exercise plan.
Plan what you'll do for exercise each day this week ..
Whether it's a 30-minute walk before dinner or a dance DVD while the kids are napping.
Put it in your schedule and don't let it get bumped.
Once you make a habit of prioritizing your health, all your excuses for missing a workout will drop away.

I am changing again Hugs. I will do this for this summer because of the hot days and coming visitors, etc.
Yes you need to make sure you get done what you need to do for you :)
This is the one thing that I try to do and at the moment am mostly successful, but I'm a teacher and right now it's summer vacation ... the real struggle will come when school starts up again.

I do this most of the time...
I am doing the circuit training so I can shorten my workouts.
Yes when you go back to work .. much harder.
Maybe after work you can make sure you get your *you* time.
It is so important & of course you already know you're worth it :)

Yes sometimes it takes a bit more than 21 days for that habit ..
