A handful of nuts isn't so bad. Your response sounded Past Tense. Are you trying to do something different now?? While I'm trying to lose weight, I'm going to try to continue to ignore it. I don't mind going to bed hungry as long as it's not so bad that I can fall asleep.

I wish I could drink more water at night but I would be up all night.....
Have you always been fit?? I guess I don't know your journey with health and fitness. I know you have been at your goal for a long time but don't know what the starting and ending point was or what your tolerance is for staying within your limits.

Well I wish I was at goal weight but am not ..
Have about 5 to 7 pounds to go .. the hardest too.
Mostly I have struggled like everyone else
However being *here* forever has really helped.
So not much else to share or tell except it's a

I've come to realize it's not usually true hunger,
I'm usually tired.
So I go to bed.
