Night Time Cravings/hunger....What do you do??

I voted other as I try very hard not to eat anything after 7:00pm. The odd time when I want something I will have a popsicle or I will have one of those snacks that is 100 calories. Tonight we are eating supper later, as it is now a little after 7:00pm and so I will not have anything during the evening.
This is definitely not easy, but during the summer time when I don't watch tv much, I want to get into the habit of not eating while watching TV which is more in the winter time. I find that when watching tv it is like you just have to have something in your mouth.What an awful habit to get into, but I am going to try my hardest to break away from that habit.
Me too on the caving in occasionally. As long as it's not every time.........
I'm realizing, RIGHT NOW, that it's not always hunger but just that sweet tooth of mine or the need to "crunch" and salt.......We just finished dinner so I'm not hungry at all but still want to eat:(
I won't do it though.....
