Pre-run - Smoothie - 3/4 c strawberry yogurt, 1/3 c vanilla soy milk, 1 banana, 1 cup strawberries, 8 ice cubes - split it with my DS - my favorite running partner!
Breakfast - Iced Coffee - 1/2 c Vanilla Soy Milk with the rest of glass filled with ice and coffee, Banana
Snack - 15 baby carrotts and 2 tbsp Hummus
Lunch - Leftover Tilapia on top of a large tossed salad with reduced calorie dressing
Snack - Apple or Pear
Dinner - Beef and Bean Burritos, Mexican Brown Rice, Steamed Broccoli

Way to think ahead
Chicken burger with tomatoe and 1 slice of bacon, and a glass of juice. Nothing very exciting but didn't feel like really cooking this evening.

Sure did enjoy that chicken burger, and even spoiled myself with that slice of bacon, Yummy!!! Not to often though :)
Neighbor gave us 2 plates of leftovers so we alternated for our dinners.
Today was barbecue chicken, with the rice, plums and banana.
Going to get some cucumbers and corn on the cob for the veggies at the grocery.
