Don't often force myself to make a meal last 20 mins - by then the food's stone cold, but I do drink something when I feel peckish during the course of the day...
I'm usually hungry when I eat, it's a goal not to eat when not!
I don't really try to stretch meal time but I do try to enjoy.
I agree with Gail ..
We just have to *apply*, *do* them now :)
then I just go to tickerfactory.com and update it.
It doesn't show any change the first post or two,
But future posts have the change.
Any posts I did before the change have the old data.
Those don't ever change.

But I do consider prep time too.
When I'm just looking to munch,
I decide if I want actually prepare something,
Or if I'm just looking to stuff something in my face.
If it's just stuffing, I try water or coffee instead.

I try to stretch dinner out to 20 minutes, at least when my DH is home, that way we can spend time together with the kiddos.

If it was only that easy.....
