How did you do? June Challenge Results..........

  • I did great! Met all my goals & then some.
  • Not bad - I'm pleased with myself.
  • Okay I guess, some good, some not so good.
  • I like to think "Progress, not Perfection"
  • I started strong, but then..........
  • You had a June Challenge? Really??
  • I didn't do it.

Went with Ok...

Met some of the goals, had problems with posting so some of them were harder to meet, but reasonably satisfied - been going to gym & drinking water there, so the new habit was ok & still being worked on...

Well Gail glad you did most of the upper and lower. You want to keep going or work on abs only or each one each day or rest?

I voted Progress.

I know I am not super super fit. It may seem like it when I do all my workouts but it is a working in progress for me. I am still learning about things and ideas. I did progress in the hulahoop area and want to see if I can do a couple more, I still want to progress in the hand weight and will continue the drop set, still want to work on upper, lower and abs, going to work on balance, circuit training, do the hula dance and the oops veggies.

I'm pretty pleased with myself.

My habit was to cut out alcohol. And after I made that commitment (the first weekend in June) I only drank wine one night.

Weren't you camping last week Gail?
That would explain not exercising as much.
This month you can practice eating habits,
And continue exercising - You can do it!

You really increase the number of walks,
Except when you had icky weather,
I think you did really well.
