How did you do? June Challenge Results..........



  • I did great! Met all my goals & then some.
  • Not bad - I'm pleased with myself.
  • Okay I guess, some good, some not so good.
  • I like to think "Progress, not Perfection"
  • I started strong, but then..........
  • You had a June Challenge? Really??
  • I didn't do it.

Losing those inches has to be a terrific feeling ..

Oh just as before, 10 min. of upper and 10 abs one day and then 10 min. lower and 10 min. abs the next day will be fine with me, uless you just really want to do something different, Aileen.........just let me know.
