Yesterday..Friday...we ate a large lunch at a barbecue restaurant before heading home from our vacation. Last evening we weren't hungry, so just picked at this and that.
Today..Saturday...I cooked spaghetti using no added sugar sauce and whole wheat thin spaghetti pasta. I also had bought a package of Archer Farms (Target) chicken Italian sausage and cut some up and put it into the sauce..very good!

Saturday -- Country style ribs in the crockpot with a side of coleslaw.
Sunday -- Linguine with tomatoes and herbed goat cheese with a side salad.

Friday - Spaghetti and meatballs, tossed salad, corn on the cob, fresh multigrain bread
Saturday - Brats on a bun, onion and peppers, coleslaw, asparagus
Sunday - Rotisserie Chicken, Corn on the Cob, Potato Salad or Tuna Macaroni Salad (haven't decide which I'm making yet)
