Did/Do you have trouble with getting your routine going ?
Think this will help ?
Let us know :)

Still Having Trouble Starting a Routine?

If you're still trying to get into a regular exercise routine, find a simple way to reward yourself after your workout so that you look forward to it. You could make a delicious smoothie after your workout, or buy a new song on iTunes to add to your playlist. It can be whatever you like—as long as you don't cancel out your efforts with a big candy bar.

I was having trouble, but then husband and I got into a daily routine. Then we went on vacation..now we'll begin again starting tomorrow. We both feel better when we walk regularly. We walked a lot on vacation, but it wasn't the same as our home routine.

An idea I stumbled on recently suggests "paying yourself" for your accomplishments.

Give yourself a set amount (like a penny a minute) for working out,
And PUT IT IN! a piggy bank or special jar.
Keep at it until you can get something really special -
A pedicure or massage or new workout clothes.
Something you want, but have been putting off.

It works for other things too.
You can pay a nickle for every time you eat within your calorie range,
or a dollar when you pack your lunch instead of eating out.
Sounds like a great way to motivate yourself :)

Hmmm....for me it must mean that my routine is doing fine. My reward if feeling good. Maybe a game, or a some blouses for later.
