Brunch...Oatmeal with cinnamon, raisins and sugar free maple syrup
Snack...Green olives...raw almonds...and maybe later some pineapple
Dinner...Roasted turkey, mashed pots made with Smart Balance and 1% milk, green beans
Snack...Sugar free pudding cup
Since I can't get to the store
it's either tacos or spaghetti
or
breakfast for dinner.
