How do you stick with your exercise plan?
- Plan ahead & make it an appointment/committment
- Involve family & friends
- Start slowly & remain flexible
- Eat & sleep for plenty of energy
- Make it fun!
- Combination of a few .. please share

I have to plan ahead and fit it into my schedule.

I voted combination.
Start slowly & remain flexible .....I do that in the morning and if I do not have time to do something I change it to something else that is quick and doable.
Eat & sleep for plenty of energy
Make sure you do that everyday :)
All these really do help & make it easier in the long run :)
If I do not change things, my body gets used to the same motion

Especially when one has lots of things going on for the summer for parties, and trips , etc, Hugs. I
figured out how to control and do my workouts when I have very little time. Circuit training
is what I like the best, then I can do hulahoop and do other things if I want to or have time.
I have to plan and commit.
I am having days like that for this month and will have them when my relatives
visit. I started trying out the circuit training in Apr to see if I liked it. I did.
Now for this month and maybe into next month I will be doing this ct workouts.
I think you are ready for a change Julie.
Oh, that's easy..I come here and get guilted into exercising!!
It's just what I need even though y'all don't mean to guilt me..it's just me. :-)
