How do you stick with your exercise plan?



  • Plan ahead & make it an appointment/committment
  • Involve family & friends
  • Start slowly & remain flexible
  • Eat & sleep for plenty of energy
  • Make it fun!
  • Combination of a few .. please share
  • Other .. please share

I do a few of these, I do plan ahead and make an appointment for some things and for others ... several alternate options that if the time works out, I have them "pencilled" in.

Was talking to my neighbor who took a one overnight trip to Los A. Just wanted to see if she had a great weekend and how did she feel. She had a great time, but had bad swollen feet and legs. Maybe that was from the air travel. Then she sat all day and hardly moved and lots of laying down which made everything really bad for her. Took her 4 days to recover from an overnight trip. When I go on my mini road trips, I will moving around a lot.
