Sharing a Journaling Idea.....

Just wanted to share........Maybe it'll help someone.
I bought a legal sized note pad and turned it on it's side. Wrote days of the week going down and then sectioned off enough for 6 weeks. The spaces are not very big so I have to write small(or eat less!). It allows me to quickly look and see what I did on previous days without flipping back.
I try to match my good days with food and exercise and do better than my blunders.

That is a fantastic idea...
It's working really well.
I know when I journaled quite a while ago it really helped as well.
In fact I am thinking aobut trying it again here on the board.
