Yes I have both...
Depends how I feel when I wake up - sometimes I feel fantastic & sometimes I feel like a huge blob...
Recently it's been a bit better 'cos I can see & feel I'm firmer & now I know I'm 4 kilos lighter, but when some clothes still won't fit I feel a bit demoralised...
i voted that I have both.. but more often I either feel "normal" or I feel "fat" lol Though, when I had gotten down to 134.. I'll admit that I felt GREAT. I had "thin" days everyday because my jeans were starting to fall off of me.. :) But then I went back up into the 140-142 range.. and then I just felt ick. lol
If i could just stay motivated and work out regularily.. I'd have a lot more "thin" days... or at least "healthy" days.. :)

There are days I feel thin and lean but some days I feel fat and ugly.
