This month I have been working on getting back to being healthy. Focusing on my health was supposed to be my top priority this summer, before going back to classes in the fall. Well, like the old saying goes.."Man plans and God laughs". But, I have been diligent and looking at each challenge, just as that....a challenge. I won't go into all of the steps that I have been working through, it would take too long...lol.
The step that I am in now, is regarding my kitchen and it's organization, or lack of. Small gadgets and little appliances have been a weakness of mine for a lot of years. Much to my surprise, I have discovered that they cause me stress in the kitchen though. Plus, simplicity is a goal as well.
Here is my question....finally....I have numerous grills; teflon, non-teflon, electric, stovetop, Foremen types, etc, etc. Are all of these suppose to replace the old time.....broiler pan? Does cooking meat on an electric countertop teflon grill, do the same thing as putting in a broiler?
Any thoughts on what to do with what I get rid of, other than garage sale? Do you think little appliances would be worth listing on Craigs List? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I'm not a huge fan of the teflon pan, mostly because it flakes so easily and I don't want to eat what is leeching out of it.
I have cast iron pans that I use often...everyday.
Thanks for responding so quickly.
Use, keep what you *need* & donate the rest.
Any way you decide ..
If you do Craig's list maybe add many items to make it worth your while :)
I'm not to sure about that ..
However I would clean it well & Pam it
Hope that helps :)
When you cure your cast iron you need to make sure it's a stable oil.
I don't think I have ever NOT washed my cast iron cookware.
