Thinking about our *Eating Habits* for the QOTW ~
What small eating habits .. LIke grazing, having chips out of a bag ..
Have you changed to lose weight ?
Let our *inquiring minds* know s always :)

Only take a handful & walk away :)
I've added two things.
I eat breakfast every morning.
And I strive for 100 gms or more of protein daily.
Hope we see many other ideas too :)
Taking smaller bites, putting the fork down and sitting back after each bite.
I'm eating some Pringles right now. Once in awhile I treat myself to a can when grocery shopping. I took some out of the can and put the can away. Problem is that I know where the can is..LOL!
I have other "small eating habits" that are helpful..but..I guess I don't have enough or I wouldn't still be trying to lose weight! PITA..it never ends!!
My eating habits have changed since coming here in 2007, so has my swhusband.
I do not deny myself the chips, etc. That would be too harsh if I cut it off.

Have you seen the small snack size of the Pringles ?
They are perfect
It's good you do all you do ..
It all helps .. really like the sitting back after
