I was reading about this and will try this for a few weeks.


Fiber, Fluid and Protein


The 3 essential ingredients for a diet friendly hunger-squashing snack.


 


Fiber & Fluid                               +             Protein


Pear                                                          almonds
baby carrots                                              hummus
celery                                                         almond butter
kiwi fruit                                                      walnuts
string beans                                                low fat cheese
apple                                                           peanut butter

Good ideas Aileen.
you can eat lots and lots of the Fiber foods,
Not many calories in them.


The protein do have more calories,
But you won't need as much.

It fills you up too. I have tried the carrots with hummus, too. Never tried peppers with yogurt.


Oh...and you can get some colors in, too.
