I am Konnie, cl of Getting Fit: Families. I've been here before and I enjoy visiting this board!


My best advice:


There are many ways to get up and get moving towards your fitness lifestyle.


The best way to start a lifetime of fitness is to do it with a smile on your face. Pick something you enjoy doing, like walking in the park, playing games with your kids or pumping iron with a personal trainer. Fitness doesn't have to be drudgery--it can be delightful!
