Jack keeps my walks fresh because he is a shephard and always sees & hears things so much sooner than I do.
A bad day to try and stay off the computer -

I agree that the computer can suck the motivation right out of you.
I'm going to try to start doing my run before I boot up for the day
Then I won't get sucked into my seat and super-glued there.

You got it Liz! I change constantly just like going to the gym. The first was the walking though. It is the easiest to do and can be done anywhere. My journey is still going on, so I still do the Leslies S. walks, and
add to it. Being here with you ladies helped a great deal, too. More ideas, support, etc.
