D) roast turkey legs..mashed potatoes made with 1% milk & Smart Balance "butter"..green beans
Snacks) sugar free pudding cup..olives..sm can tomato juice..raw almonds
I don't know how much snacking I'll get in as I just don't feel like eating today...and...I hope this feeling lasts for the rest of my life..LOL!!
Ok so going to give that Kelloggs 2 week drop a jean size challenge a go...

Lunch - 1 & half chicken pasties
