Was wondering for the QOTW ~

If/when you are stressed & frustrated ..
Do you eat more ?
If so how do you stop ?
If not .. what do you do instead ?

Let our *inquiring minds* know as always :)

I whine a lot to my swhusband or to my neighbor. At the time I did not do any circuit training wo.


I should try the cts if I get frustrated over something.

Yes I eat more when stressed or frustrated....


A walk helps, or cleaning something, or decluttering.

I am sometimes a stress eater,
or rather a stress drinker.
I'll have wine or vodka when I'm unhappy.


But since I've quit drinking,
I've started stress cleaning.
The kiddos don't like that to much.
Stress weeding works to -
always some weeds to be picked.


When it cools off I will be able to walk off the stress more often.
Of course when it cools off it's autumn and the kiddos are in school
So less stress anyways!

I usually really hate certain things to do, but I did something like doing a 6 min ct then went to do the task.


Something changed and I did not feel so terrible about doing it as I used to dread it before. That is


interesting for me. I hope I remember to do it again.
