Where does most of the hidden sugar in your diet come from?
- Cakes, cookies & candies
- Jam, icing & sweet sauces
- Dairy products (ice cream, shakes)
- Beverages (soda, sports drinks)
- All of the above!
- I don't eat foods with added sugar.
- Other .. please share

I don't eat much white stuff anymore,
But I voted cookies & cakes,
DD has discovered a love of baking
And we seem to have those around lately.
Close second would be ice cream
But lately we've had frozen yogurt w/no added sugar
And if I do have soda it's with sugar
Because I'm sensitivie to aspartame
And can't do diet.
Ut oh on Dd baking though
Smart pon that frozen yougurt as well.
Use to have that lots too ..
Not so much now a days though.
You're doing well with this & should feel good about how well you're doing :)
"Other"....the sugar in my diet is not hidden for it comes from ordering dessert when we eat out! We went out tonight and I had one peanut butter cookie for dessert..not too bad considering the other choices. I like when restaurants offer cookies.
I don't buy foods for home with added sugars unless they're 4 grams or less per serving and not listed in the first four ingredients.
Good choice absolutely, wow yes!
And you're right .. often not hidden we see it
Nice to see you do well when buying things at the market with sugars .. or not really

I've weaned myself down.
It's more about walking up there with the family
And hanging out on Sunday morning than the coffee anymore
I LOVE it becoming a tradition with our kids.
Nice treat for yourself
Besides you lost weight so you're doing well :)
