I definitely drink a combination. I drink a lot of unsweetened iced tea (green and black). If I am out, I drink from individual bottles or my water bottle. At home, I'll just drink from the tap.

A big mug is good Hugs.
That way you don't have to fill it up as much

Yes is it much more environmentally friendly.

I've never tried green tea on ice.
It should be good.

What kind of a water bottle do you have?

The reusable filters at home save so much plastic.
Good job Aileen.
I love mine.

We use Brita. There are so many out there and they all are good, Liz.
We use ours because our pipes were galvanized and everytime
we run the water, rust would come out first. We buy the other
water for outings and trips.

Iced green tea is yummy:-). Sometimes I buy the powder which you can just add to a water bottle. I have one of those stainless steel bottles. It's kinda heavy though, but supposedly it's better for you than plastic.
