What did you do good this past week? Took care of grandkids again.


What did you do great this past week? Took time for me.


What could you improve on this coming week? More walking, better choices in restaurants.

Yeah on the eating better & strength training.
It is hard to get cardio it,
It takes so much time!
but well worth it in the long run.

Yes we're working on the moving part,
Slowly, very slowly, LOL

Um went to gym even when I didn't want to...


What did you do great this past week?
Probably the same about the gym attendance inc on Sun which is the start of the week for my Women's Challenge...


What could you improve on this coming week?
Probably eat better...
