My whole family loves ice cream too. I've started buying individual treats (ice cream sandwiches, bars, etc) That way it's portion controlled. The kiddos are doing much better. I often eat more than one ::blush::
1. What is your biggest trigger food? chocolate, or any sweets really, or ice cream:-)
2. Do you have to avoid it all together or can you have a little? I find I have to have a little or I will go overboard.
3. What trigger causes you to stop working out? Probably just being lazy or a change in schedule. I'm usually pretty good about exercising. I actually find I sometimes have to make myself not exercise because my body, not brain, is screaming for a break.
