1.  What is your biggest trigger food?

2.  Do you have to avoid it all together or can you have a little?

3.  What trigger causes you to stop working out?

Sorry should have explained better ::blush:: I meant a trigger food is one that you can't portion yourself on and you eat a LOT of it all at once.

That's great you bike anyways when it is chilly.

Yes the key is to NOT feel guilty when you take a day off here and there - it's when it becomes every day for 30 days with no exercise that it's not good *wink*

I hear you on the winding down and wanting to eat - I've been doing that too and I need to break that cycle.

Yes, i can't keep my trigger foods in the house or I eat all of them, all at once LOL
Yeah, getting out of the routine of working out is so easy, yet getting back into the routine of it is tough!

1) What is your biggest trigger food?.......Chocolate on top of marshmellows.

2) Do you have to avoid it all together or can you have a little?....I can definitely avoid it,but the very odd time that I can't I can have a little. The best thing for me is not to have it in the house at all. Actually I have the whippets (chocolate on marshmellows) in the house right now, and today was the first time I had one in the past 3 days that I had purchased it.

3) What triggeryou to stop working out?.....The hot temperature. I can not work out in the heat. I prefer to power walk and do other exercises in the cooler temperature.
