B) A women's club buffet brunch...I chose lots of fresh fruits, scrambled eggs, one small sausage link, and a small biscuit and gravy. Didn't really want the biscuit/gravy, don't even like it that much, why the heck did I eat it? Darn me!! Not going to do that again!
D) left over spaghetti..whole wheat pasta and low sugar red sauce

B) one small waffle with sugar free syrup and low sugar peanut butter
L) probably a sandwich & applesauce
D) going to fix roast lamb with maybe brown rice & broccoli or maybe mashed potatoes
Sunday...
B) same as Saturday
L) maybe we'll go out as we usually do
D) left over lamb dinner
Snacks...sugar free pudding, raw almonds, tomato juice, olives
Friday:
Scrambled eggs with deli ham and cheese, o.j., milk
Chicken salad made from last night's leftovers, crackers, red tea
Not sure yet...going to the store later
Saturday:
Totally up in the air, since it's our anniversary (18).

Saturday......lasagna, and a salad
Sunday.....no idea, something light and fast as we work tomorrow and I didn't prepare anything for tomorrow's supper.
