Oh Hugs I do agree that it is SO VERY EASY to give just stop and
give up. I feel that way still. Something inspires me to keep going
so I keep it up. Once I do the workouts even for a few minutes, I
do feel better and out of that mood.
I am so glad I borrowed the T Tap book from the library. The book
has a little sample dvd inside to show you how to do the ab workouts.
No stomach crunches, no laying down.

I like the idea that it gives one a really good
workout without worrying about time and the
space to do it in plus it works the abs.
It takes awhile to get used to the rhythm of the
T Tap. I did it and I worked my muscles that I
thought I was working on, but my muscles
reacted differently.
Although can be done anywhere anytime which is nice too :)
