I think mixing things up, changing is the key ?

It seems to work out ok for me Hugs.


As long as it does, I will keep doing it, too.


I do not want to do things and then it becomes


so routine, that I do not feel like doing that


workout and get bored.

Well my motivation is good...
This w/end didn't work out too well 'cos I went to bed late on Fri (got home after 10pm from the airport) & then I was making pancakes for the sports day at the school for most of the morning.

If you're doing well .. what's your secret ? I love outdoor activities that are vigorous; so, that keeps things interesting and works my body in different ways.

Oh yes doing outside activities is way more fun then inside ones, LOL

Of course I understand when things like errands, house things, etc
can be a factor in deciding whether to workout or not, too Hugs.


It can be hard. That is why I try to find the quick ones that I can do
in between. Like a mini

How would you rate your motivation for this week ? horrible
Have you been on track, doing well ? Was doing great, lots of family issues this week. Will pretty much have to be a nurse for my MIL as she needs 24/7 care while staying with us and DH works really long hours. Pretty much no gym time for me.
If not .. why not .. any ideas ? see above lol. Been total chaos also. I haven't had the time to make my meals like normal, it's pretty much grab whatever when I get a chance.
If you're doing well .. what's your secret ? was doing really well..sigh
