How would you rate your motivation for this week ?
Have you been on track, doing well ?
If not .. why not .. any ideas ?

Can imagine how upside down yout life is right now ::sigh::
Even with getting your meals on the go too ..
How long will you need to be nurse for MIL ?

How would you rate your motivation for this week ? Pretty good
Have you been on track, doing well ? Fairly well..have resumed our daily walking.
If not .. why not .. any ideas ? Ate pizza with the grands Saturday night..then DH and I went to our favorite

Too bad on the gain Donna,
Restaurants will do that to you
Maybe once fall gets here we'll do better ?

Thx Hugs, the 2 lbs are gone already as of this morning's weigh in.


Getting back to walking regularly has really motivated me, love walking!
