How would you rate your motivation for this week ?
Have you been on track, doing well ?
If not .. why not .. any ideas ?
If you're doing well .. what's your secret ?

How would you rate your motivation for this week? Pretty good, not dreading exercise
Have you been on track, doing well ? For the most part. I was off work last week shuttling my DDs to various camps and didn't get to work out or eat healthy. It affected my motivation a little bit.
If not .. why not .. any ideas ? Being out of my regular routine really affects my exercise/eating habits.
If you're doing well .. what's your secret ? While I'm not doing great because of missing last week's workouts, I was looking forward to getting back into the routine. I realized how much better I feel when I exercise. Adding new workout
Yep keep on walking *anywhere* as often as you can.

Well yes you're right about routine,
Happy to hear this week is already better for you than last week.
Being taxi driver definitely puts a hamper on things, LOL
However needed I know.
Exercising does make one feel better ..
