Your Weight Loss Goals: Reality Check
- In all honesty .. my goal is too high.
- I'm going to have to admit I set my real goal too low.
- I have set my goals just right & they are acheivable.
- I haven't really set any goals.

I voted that I set my goals just right then I can
get to that point and work on the next level.
I will not get frustrated that way.
Allows for more successes than failures that way .. don't you think?

I know other people do things differently.
Doing things by working on them a little at a
time is better for me.

It is harder than we imagine I think too.

Yes I agree with that Hugs. I did tell my neighbor one time that
she could break up her tm
Breaking them up allows for less excuses you know
Least we know better :)
Well it seems now that I think I know her style that she always will do something a year later
Hugs. Maybe she will change her walks at the end of the year or do it next year.
Me....I do not like to wait, I like to change and do it a bit faster. Especially if I know it works
and can be done.
Gues sit also depends on what results she see too :)
