What did you do good last week? Bought lots of school clothes for the grandloves, walked, ate pretty good, had good times with family, took care of grandkids, spent time with husband's sisters.

I saw her on Youtube when I first started my journey, but I was not ready for that method yet. Then I forgot about her. Then the library had her book and I remembered her again and saw her on the Youtube. Now I am ready for her. I am reading her book, too, and it is very interesting.

I know some people who love the T-Tapp method.
It seems like lots of good stretching as well as strengthening.
