Supper: veal burgers, baked pototoes, and green beans
I am trying to stay away from red meat as much as possible. I do eat a steak the very odd time, not to often and as for hamburgers made from beef, well I only eat it if we go to this fast food place called Harveys which it is really yummy, and that too, it not often at all. It is really more like a treat after we finish work.
DH will be at the Cardinal baseball game :)

Breakfast: yogurt and a fruit
Lunch: 2 chicken faitas ( 5g of fat each)

I've been invited to dinner,
Not sure what's on the menu,
But she is a very clean eater, so I'm sure it will be healthy.
The kiddos got a couple of frozen pizzas,
I'm sure they will be thrilled with those.
We're having my favorite meal to fix for dinner tonight...Left Overs...LOL!!
B) whole wheat toast with low sugar peanutbutter..banana..orange juice..coffee
L) BLT on whole wheat
Snack) green olives & tomato juice (not mixed together..lol)
