It's not all about the scale now is it ?
Was wondering for the QOTW ~

How often do you weigh yourself ?
What kind of scale do you have?
How much validity do you put into the scale/numbers?

Let our *inquiring minds* know as always :)

I weigh myself every morning - FLYlady thing really - so more of a habit to keep an eye on things rather than wanting to slit my wrists 'cos of the numbers on the scale...

I don't know what make it is

How often do you weigh yourself ? depends on how i think I'm doing lol. Probably at least once a week, sometimes more. If I have a bad day, I may wait a few days lol.
What kind of scale do you have? a digital one that tells you your % of body fat too, but I don't know how well that part works
How much validity do you put into the scale/numbers?I learned I need to keep on top of the weight or I will end up 20lbs heavier and not realize..but, I know I've put on a lot of muscle too, so I know it's not the be all end all measure of my fitness

How often do you weigh yourself ? Every Friday morning...that way I give myself a little wiggle room for the weekend and try to be good during the week.
What kind of scale do you have? Digital
How much validity do you put into the scale/numbers? Do you mean do I think my scale is accurate? Yes, it's right on with my doctor's scale. I try not to obsess over the numbers, though.

I definitely agree with you Liz,
It does help as a guide so to speak ..
Even the daily or every few days weight check.
Your scale sounds really cool .. Was it expensive ?
Something to keep us on track I believe .. another tool :)

That is smart Cappy,
I like that idea about weighing on Friday for that *wiggle* room
Not obsessing over the numbers is wise ..
It is as I have aaid before ..
Like a guide & tool where we can gauge ourselves :)

LOL Mandy,
No way would I believe that about Ian & the scale ..
I think they all have a short lifespan regardless :)

How often do you weigh yourself ? Every day unless I forget. Have to keep on top of things or weight can creep up on me really fast.

What kind of scale do you have? Sunbeam Memorie III digital, have had it for many years.

How much validity do you put into the scale/numbers? It's only off by 3 lbs from my doctor's scale.

Seems like many of us do this often Donna,
Using it as a tool I assume ?
Glad to hear yours has lasted so long ..
Now you know to add or subtract those 3 pounds :)
